House Rules

Please note: We reserve the right to deduct money from your security deposit for covering the costs of damages caused by Tenants not respecting our house rules. 

Don't –Put toilet paper, tampons, facial wipes etc. into the toilets

Do - Dispose of rubbish into the large communal bins which are located along the main roads.

Do – Be energy conscious, particularly overnight when the villa is reliant on stored solar energy.

Do - Turn off all heating and cooling units when you are not in your room and when leaving the villa. 

Do – Turn off all unnecessary lighting when you are not in the villa. 

Do – Secure all doors and windows when you are not in the property.

Do - Keep the entrance gate closed at all times, otherwise goats and other animals will enter the property and eat all the plants & vegetation.

Do – Turn on the alarm system when you are leaving the villa.

Do – At the end of your stay don’t leave any washing-up, or dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

Do – Use coverings for fatty foods when cooking in the oven to prevent unnecessary mess.

Do – Clean the microwave of any food spillages.

Do - Clean the BBQ after each use. A charge of beween €45 to €150 will be subtracted from the security deposit if the BBQ is found not clean upon check-out.

Do – Remove left-over food from the refrigerator, freezer and store cupboards and dispose, before your departure. 

Do – Inform Owner of any breakages so we can ensure to restock/replace for the next guests.

Do – Respect neighbours and keep noise to an acceptable level.

Don’t – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.

Don’t – The usage of glass or glass bottles around or in the pool is not allowed. Please use the non-breakable glasses.

Do - Be mindful of not staining white towels with make-up, creams, tanning products.

Do - Place Pool Towels on white outdoor Sun-Lounger Mattresses and seats, to avoid Staining with Sun-Creams & Oils.

Do - Avoid spraying sun-creams & Oils over bed linen. They create un-removable yellow stains.
